Farm, I tend to believe that if it were true, this board would be over run by posts about the court ordered sale.Simply put, we have had enough posters that have seemed to be wishing for CPRK's demise that I would assume we would hear about such an event on the board before one sign ever went up.
My two cents: Equipment you don't sheriff sale. The best route would be to get an Iron Planet or a Ritchie Bros involved. Having a sheriff sale would be a local event and you would not get the exposure needed receive top monies for this specialized equipment......but what do I know...I have no clue about mining. :-)
