This is an incredibly math challanged group.
YA will not own 5 billion shares after the R/S, they will own, potentially, 30 million shares if they fully dilute.

Let me see, that would mean the posters are off by , roughly, one zillion percent.

Why NEOM wants to keep the 5 billion shares as their max potential, I don't know. Seems to me should have been reduced.
