Here are the real questions for me:
1. Are these transfers taxable events?
2. Does the issue f whether they are private sales or open market sales have any bearing on the answer to that question?

Pike's QP fund is maintaining 17.3% PARL/SPNG ratio.

That is ten times higher than the 1.73% ratio in the LP fund.

The ratio was not changed in the Jan 8th vs. the Jan 15th filings.
