I was thinking there was about a 35% chance of BK. I was thinking that someone would do a death financing deal, like say on the day they may of did the deal that the stock was at .07. They would have their shares issued at .01. This is the standard for a lot of OTCBB stocks. Probably couldn't do a deal because of credit markets have changed so much the last couple years.

I'll bet that Melissa somehow may come back with new stock under the Medco unit if it is possible.

Yes, If I had stock I would sell, better to get .01 to .02 then nothing.
