Lawrence D. Field elected director (12/29/09).

Immediately prior to his resignation, Colligan appointed Field as a director. The board then elected Field to the offices of President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary.

Field, since January 1989, has worked for Regent Private Capital, LLC, a Tulsa, Oklahoma based private investment company, as a Partner between January 1989 and June 2004 and as Managing Director since June 2004.
