Do you understand this is BAD news? There is nothing good about this news. If you bother to look at the history of the delisting, RPRX was appealing the delisting from the Global Market.

If unsuccessful, RPRX asked to be listed on the Capital Market (something NASDAQ recommended). RPRX lost the appeal!!! Further, they have only until early May 2010 to fulfill the NASDAQ Capital Market requirements to stay delisted.

By every measure, RPRX will have to come up with some pretty wild and deceptive PRs to maintain Capital Market requirements. But with pumpers like you it might happen, if only for a day or two.
