They can't legally withhold the necessary information. They would open themselves up to a lawsuit, which I'm sure no one in Berlin wants, including those on the counsil that "oppose the project"!
Dream on Rich. The share price hasn't shown any anticipation of what a successful SEC approval would have meant to shareholders and the company. I would expect perhaps a small pull back that will allow some chance of cheap buys. But we have been patient for so long, an other few weeks shouldn't dissuade many shareholders. This too shall pass.
