Thought you might find this interesting.....

I was driving through the city of Johns creek this weekend and saw a sign for a large new retail (shopping center) development. The sign said, "Financing by World Mortgage Exchange Group Inc." Maybe they are on their way?!?!

This one has shot back up to a dollar now within a couple of days. The website also lists their legal team as prominent lawyer group Morris, Manning, Martin LLP. Interesting to see where this one is going.
