doesn't really seem like a big deal.. those things can be fixed easy enugh.. apparently there are no other issues... unless the sewers can't handle their discharge...

They should have gotten it right the first time, but if that is the only thing holding it back then it looks like they did and very thorough job. Now we are pushed back another 2 months, I guess. One month to get it in order then another month to wait for sec approval again. Again, if this is the only mistake then not bad.

Yikes...we wanted green, looks like red instead. Dunno 'bout this, I work professionally in the review and issuance of environmental permits and it looks like someone dropped the ball on the water permit. However, if that's the only deficiency in the application, it's actually pretty good as it means the air permit and the power/electrical stuff was all in good shape!
