O ok. Im still confused on the fact of why this stock used to trade above a dollar

FeanorFire7, Jeff Carlson is not an officer of ZVTK;

ZVTK would have to file an 8-K with the SEC if Jeff Carlson became President of Zevotek. He is President of "its Ionic Bulb business".

The only change was adding Indira Tovar to the Board of Directors in October (10/23/2009 8-K);
