you might have to call your broker and do it over the phone.

You shuold REALLY consider shopping for another brokerage. ScotTrade sucks, and the restrict a lot of penny stocks. You would be better off with Zecco or Etrade.

Etrade can get expensive, but new accounts can get a new Blackberry.

Zecco is cheap, but from my understanding is that their analytics is not all that great.
