GRBG common shares have the voting rights. Series A preferreds have no voting rights until they've been converted to commons. I presume the series C preferreds have to be converted as well, the intitial disclosure statement doesn't specify.

NO.... Allie Bought 250,000,000 Commons and Bill converted his Commons to no voting prefereds so now Allie owns 51+% of the Commons...
