Most brokers only go out to 000X, not 0000X, so they usually do round up or down.. this is what happened to you.

Ugh...really?? You put in an order to buy shares at a certain price and you are screaming "manipulation" when they are sold to you at a cheaper price?

When you put an order in an order at a "limit" price it means that you are willing to pay no more than the price you set. It does not mean that somebody can't "Sell" them to you at a lower price.

I just don't get the crying foul based on this.
