Why has it taken so long to make the first deal and show results to clients and investors? Results like this would have a substantial impact to the stock and the ability of the company to raise funds and limit dilution.

Some Background:
- Sonic has run test batches through their machine to prove it works on
different types of heavy oil almost 15 months ago (Oct. 29th, 2008).

- Sonic has at least one test machine they used to perform the tests.

- Sonic now has $500,000 cash in had from the sale of it's Terra-Klean Process technology (and $1,000,000 on it's way in the next two years).

- Substantial differentials exist between heavy and light oil in Europe.

- Sonic has filed a joint Oilsands Patent with one of the largest oil companies in the world.

LET'S GET MOVING ON A DEAL ALREADY!!!

Every day European oil companies are leaving money on the table settling for less cash due to the quality of their oil. How hard can it be to sell the prospect of a company making more money with limited risk?

Pack the test machine up and use some of that $500,000 to send it to and organization interested in making more money. Even if only 100bpd are able to pass through the test machine, when other companies catch wind of the money they are losing by not having this technology they will flock to Sonic. Sometimes companies get so caught-up in creating the 100% solution they lose sight of the fact that an 80% solution is enough to change the game.

When you add in the following possibilities:
- Sonic technology offering companies a reduction in greenhouse emissions and making additional money while doing it...
- If Sonic is able to demonstraight big expensive upgraders with high pressure/temp vessels are not needed eliminating the need for expensive upgraders and the risk exposure related to upgrading it will turn the industry on it's ear and change the entire landscape for heavy oil.

Instead, we get very few news releases containing any real information. The deals/arrangements we do have change delivery dates without adequate notification or information. It is time for this organization to elevate their game. As an investor I want to see the organization stop dealing with inactivity by issuing more shares to insiders. Time to reward results by making deals and generating revenue.

New Management Team

Back on January 15th, I wrote the following within a post titled IR Department:

Once they get a cash infusion, I hope they start with the hiring of the much needed personnel. They desperately need a person in Sales & Marketing to market Sonic's technology (maybe Richard can entice one of his old buddies to come over!?).

Well, I've found out that Sonic has retained the services of Art Agolli and Dale Styner.

Art was one of the co-founders of Bankers Petroleum -along with Richard- and was their VP of Marketing & Sales. Dale was a VP with Canaccord Adams, and acted as their Director of Investment Banking.

At the moment, they've been retained as consultants to the Company. However, I assume they will be made permanent in the near future.
