The original question me an puppy were talking about is whether or not it would be illegal for SPNG to give Pike the current share count, without giving it out to everyone. This was brought up based on postings that said the shares he's purchased would make the O/S about 724M, but he may have used the last 'known' O/S count. I figured if I could get some info from the SEC on this, I might be able to figure out if he used the old numbers, or maybe a new set of numbers.
