Some errors in my math in my excel spreadsheet were pointed out to me on the sharebreakdown and now I get 323M shares, not far off from that rumor. I'm pretty excited.

did you add the 400k bounced check by SPNG in the spread sheet
.. surely the nasty naked shorts are responsible for that too
