I just called the number and spoke with Erin and he confirmed the A/S as 20 billion, and that at this time they are not allowed to release the rest of the SS.
He also said that in his state that the A/S is always public information that can be found on the state website.
He did say that he knew that HESG was recently working to become pinksheet compliant and that their original plan was to release SS all at one time.
So if it is alway public info the Tom didn't release anything and we are still waiting on the rest.
This e-mail that is floating around sounds suspect to me, anybody can create a copy. I agree we should wait for released SS a per PR and not rely on a posted e-mail. Especailly when the last posted e-mail form frank stated he would not release SS until the end of the month.
