the 10K's usually have that info, the last 10K showed the following. I would suggest the 7000 cited before included "street name" holders and the last time they did not.

louisa...I'm glad you like the ibox. I just redid it a few days ago. The share structure won't be updated to match the S/1 until it is effective. Btw, you'll find all of the past year SEC filings are now in the ibox.
rocky...thanks for pointing out the shareholders of record. You just saved me some time looking for it. I did verify and found it on page 46 of the 10k. The prior number was from pinksheets.com and I hadn't had a chance to research it yet.
