Ras sooner or later huge technical run. Confirmation looming and when it does, you should remember that real money is made on the big money swings not by being so focused on the daily bread that you forget the bigger picture. All the financial stocks are starting to rally, once Ras is picked up on radars it should be heading back to to 2-4 range short term.
You see this in bear markets too, they always pick on a few in the sector then they move to the next group, once former market leadership gets taken down a few at a time. Well the converse is true when they rally. FRGB was perfect example, Ras should be at any moment now, chart setting up nicely, now the law of price discovery will go into effect.
