no .. finra will only give a yes or a no
so the calls have to be made *daily* to
see if docs are in house .. if docs were
in pre xmas .. one would have had to have
called then .. again .. if docs are/were
reviewed then sent back out .. the answer
is a *no* .. until they come back into finra
and so it goes =D

WoW! That is kind of earth shaking news. FINRA has not received an application from Expo for the ETC new share issue or dividend? No wonder we haven't had any updates.
