Fact is, the midweek, etc, all came from emails to individual posters on this board. In fact, all the information about timelines of postings have been through emails on this board, not an official PR. I can't find one PR that states they will actually file something on any date except for an email response posted by Rainmaker. Here is the link to Rainmaker's post:

That said, Rainmaker has earned the trust of many on this board, including myself. But I live by the creed "trust but verify" I have contacted the CEO today to verify that all the emails posted on this board are in fact true and correct. As I said, I will post my response from him when I get it. I also will include a screen shot picture so you all know I'm not fabricating anything.

And FWIW, I think screen shots of all emails posted should be mandatory if they are to be taken seriously. Otherwise, one never fully knows whether it's true or not. The line has blurred here as to when and if TDGI plans to file anything. I am invested long term and am not really concerned whether they file today, tomorrow or next week. But it would be wise for each and every one of you to verify for yourself whether the email posted on this board are true or not. That's called good DD and is not offensive to anyone that posts the emails...
