This chart has accumulation all over it I have never in all of my trading years have seen a stock this tightly held. I have also never seen a stock that moves up as easily as VTPK. Im pounding the table here folks when news comes out of new developments there is no doubt in my mind this is gonna fly!!!! GLTA VTPK Longs
