Please stop making this an issue. The share structure just has not been updated yet. What is being displayed is just the most recent numbers released by the company. We know this has been the number for a while now.
When the company makes it public, we will know and I would imagine the brokerages will get updated too.

Set 30, 2009 numbers. reported by the quarter from 3rd party to the brokerage houses. Updates should be soon, or anytime since the close of the 4th Q. The brokerage house only update by the quarter. I spoke with TD Ameritrade about this a few days ago.
