IMHO, this could be a VERY good play before the discussion of commons staying intact even arises. MESA will be in ch. 11 BK for months.

I was making a general statement about bk cases w/ regard to debt for equity conversion, ownership issues, etc. I see this as a big winner with a little bit of time. The time to get in is now - meaning look at the weekly chart...gap down to this level...probably see some more selling, but I think most of the sellers have already been priced in since bk announced earlier this month...we may or may not see .02 to .03 pricing..
