#1565 RE: theDolphin #1564

sent him an email today:

Dear Doug,

Well, if history repeats itself, I sure am in one big black hole.

I read each PR since Jan 2009; I had faith. I referred the company to friends, and was a true believer. I was a believer, so it seems, because you sharks know exactly what you are doing.

I just want you to understand things from my eyes. That's all I want, because I know I'm never, ever, going to get my investment back from a company I valued. I began investing in NVSR when I was 26. Do you remember where you were when you were 26? I would put an educated guess out there that you weren't feeling the blues, as you now are the CEO of a "company". I, on the other hand, stupidly believed in your company, and invested in over 300,000 shares. That may seem like a drop in the pool that is your wallet, but to me, it was a decent chunk of all the money I have to my name.

Don't invest what you can't afford to lose. I understand this. I also know that due diligence and hard work pays off, but I haven't seen any hard work from NVSR, or NVSRD, or whatever ticker symbol you want to flip flop to.

Has anyone from the SEC been knocking on your door? I don't understand how this is legal, at all. Reverse split after reverse split....repeat offenders!! Shame...

The dividend seemed like a trap. You talked about potentially having half a BILLION in contracts, and that was a piece of filet mignon on your fishing hook. Well, I am a dolphin in your net. You got me... 10% dividend kept me around, kept me buying in more and more....all for what....a reverse split, aka picking my pocket.

I wish my email was more technical in nature and not just me venting my frustration with your "company", but believe me, it took me awhile to even write you, and this email is heavily toned down. I just feel robbed.

False advertising and a very crafty way to rape my wallet.

If the reverse split is supposed to better the company, I'll be watching. I'd rather watch my shares burn than sell them back for a massive loss. I'm not giving up now.

All the best to you in 2010.

Your buddy,
