Red flag #1 in people's analysis is when they can't even get the proper market right and are off by light years.

One problem with that bet. He made that $18 based on a $1 billion market cap for JBII. At $18, JBII's market cap will be a lot less -- hundreds of millions -- than $1 billion. Remember the shares outstanding are now and in the future much lower than what others think they are, whom have done zero DD.
