Check me if I am wrong but the SHO Short list only reports legal FTD's or the FTD's that the MM's and brokers choose to report to the SEC.

This is what makes the difference between a legal and illegal FTD's, those undelivered shares that never get reported will never become known unless the SEC investigates and only if Madoff tells them too...LOL

I know, i know what your comeback is already so here is my reply.

Overstock.com is and has been proving in courts that these phantom share do and have existed and this is practiced by MM's and brokers. There are other case as well.

Finra has also fined these same players involved here for these practices, E-trades fines seem to be related to money-laundering regulation ilregularities. So funny that ST and TDAT halt buying all the time yet E-trade never does, I guess someone has to be able to let people buy the FTD's or they never disapear or cover.

Where did you go, what know answer just like the last 3 times I replied to with facts. Stop relying on peoples lack of misunderstanding on how the SHO short list works to cause confusion, it's not working any more.
