This Form 4 Amendment restates the Form 4 filed by the Filing Persons on January 8, 2010 to correctly identify that the
purchase of the 2,041,200 shares by Pike Capital Partners (QP), LP on January 6, 2010 was an acquisition of such shares (and
not a disposition). All other information with respect to this trade was correctly reported. GLTA

looks to me to still be 160mm and the filing today was just a correction and the 13G is still accurate

it appears it is required to file an updated form 4 within 2 days but a 13G within 10 days so if Pike bought more on monday we would need to see a filing by the end of tomorrow

i am trying to research to see if they are prohibited from buying for a certain time frame after refiling. anyone know?
