Doesn't cost the MM a penny, which is probably who did it, to help keep the chart looking weaker, while they try to continue accumulating for cheap.

Funnier yet is how it hasn't done them a damn bit of good, and they wasted a scroogingly whole 100 shares. lol

looks like .19 is pretty firm. Tight float just doesn't want to budge on that. Gotta love these tight floaters. They can move amazing quick at the drop of good news.
