They could be dumping shares, if you want to call a couple 100K dumping. It could also just be a market adjustment. My Scottrade community adviser said that most Form T sales or buys are just market adjustments when they're small number of shares.
But if they needed a little extra cash for the second casino deal, I guess that wouldn't be so bad. Would it?
