FDA approval was nothing less than a miracle.
With Cortex we have close to zero institutional ownership, and zero insider ownership. There's no one looking out for shareholders' interest at all. I'll take an activist shareholder like Icahn or Tang any day over the Cortex situation.
What we need to do is somehow give Varney another ton of low priced stock option to give him an incentive to sell. That's a lot less dilution than running up the share count to 210 mil and then doing a reverse split.
