Hello, could someone please tell me what that would mean if this is a "shell" and what that could possibly do for us as shareholders? I assume that another company or entity would be buying the "shell" for a new venture. would that mean we will get shares in that new company??? sorry for my ignorance but I would appreciate any info you may have. Of course I understand it would be an opinion. (or not) Thanks in advance
