There is nothing to stop them uplisting now. They had an abortive try a few months ago to the AMEX - not sure what was wrong. Their intention is to uplist.

I think they have everything in place - if they don't uplist questions will be asked at next CC. That's as much as anyone can say - I think they've applied to NAZ - think that's what they said at recent presentation (anyone remind me for sure). Which Fenando says was the original intention was NAZ all along - no idea myself.
