So Zen, in addition to holding long...

are you also buying? You were discussing adding to your GEMM position if it dropped to .085, if I remember correctly. Seems like USCA would be an excellent buy - especially if the pps plummets.

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Why such a drastic change in time frames? You discussed maximum pain, aren't we at it now? Shouldn't we be in the home stretch? Short of the party which I know you didn't agree with what changed your tone so drasticly? The halt on UCAD? Couldn't that be the final straw to get things moving.... They open the books, present their case, and the NSS has to be rectified.

"Accordingly, I will predict that USCA will begin trading again tomorrow but the company will continue to keep us in the dark on anything behind the SEC meeting, the outcome or any other relevant news. Also, very possible the SEC will extend the suspension period given that they had their meeting today."

With all the accurate predictions, why didn't you sell out at a profit and buy back in at with a minimal cost basis?

ZEN, Your wish has come true! Melvin is no longer the IR man for CMKX! The company has hired a spanking brand new professional IR man.
Looks like CMKX is ready to step it up a notch!

Long-term- I agree with you Zen. Me too.
I think cmkx has great upside potential, but we will have
to be patient now to see some results.

Good posts, best to you, and all cmkx'ers.

I'm in this for the long run. I predict also that the "long run" will indeed be long. My time frame is 1-2 years at this point. Nothing appears to be moving with any great speed and the roadblocks that are in our way may continue to take time to resolve. But I don't care any more. I've already resolved in my mind to hold this stock to the end, one way or another. So for now, I'm going about the rest of my life and am no longer trying to theorize on roger's next move.

What fun, eh? I still believe this stock has been massively shorted. We're giving them one helluva fight imo. Hopefully we'll win.
