Under construction? Where? Looks like that dog died. Hopefully, something will come of this. Perhaps there is someone out there that is looking for a shell. However, that would be risky for them, as this shell is certainly not clean. The only way that I can see getting ANY money back out of this is for a reverse merger, or a reverse split after the shell changes hands.
