I don't see BioShield filing bankruptcy, if that is what you intimated. They could have when eMD went under and didn't. I see their value greater than their debt, even taking into account the 11 mil or so they owe Hicks. And the running with the money - I see it more as - that those boys are being bought out, they are no longer wanted. But I'll try and track the king down himself on Monday, I think he'll be back from NC by then. The latest Tucker filing has me wondering. I think and this is JUST ME thinking out loud - that yes those shares are Timmys but not sure he is selling or putting them up as collateral again.
