That's why it is a mistake but can be corrected.I just have common horse sense and when I hear A/S 28 Billion shares,no,I can't get back in!There are hundreds of other stocks and opportunities with A/S within reason! JMHO!
DID the shareholders vote for it? Or has the Board and management just issued themselves enough controlling shares to shut out investors?
There may be a valid reason for such a move but all I can see is a company grasping at straws to remain afloat long enough to remove anything of value before shutting down and reopenning as another company.
I hope I'm wrong - I own shares and voted against the increase, I would like to see positive movement.
