To raise A/S to 28 Billions was and is a fatal mistake as it
scares away new investors and loss of old timers that already left for the exits! CEO Davis, please TURN AROUND the clock and make a revised A/S to maximum 5 Billion shares! The damage can still be repaired! JMHO!

Your sarcasm is probably well warranted, but I am really quite curious as to why the CEO would ever raise the A/S that much, it just doesn't make sense. I hope it is just a fake, or if not, he changes his mind. Otherwise I'll be holding in sub-sub-penny land.
