1-600 R/S and in order to have the equal share value they would need to have a PPS of $0.06 and that's what they had for just a few minutes the next day and now look at it.
I was in that stock for almost 5 months with almost 80 millions shares and then started listening to one ones that seemed negative or bashers and believed them that a R/S was coming and got out just in time with only a loss of commission.
Some there believe in the company and CEO still, even though they're money is dwindling away via the CEOs hefty salary.
Evolution Fuels may become a real company one day but I don’t have that many years to wait and find out or the money to lose to take that chance. Chances are very real once the CEO of EVFN has dumped millions more shares into the market to the point that he’s not getting enough new and gullible buyers of his stock, I believe he will R/S again.
I believe a R/S is a possibility in any stock and QEDN too since QEDN has a very large float. I'm sticking around either way, hoping once the merger takes place that the CEO of QEDN doesn't feel the need for a R/S and/or the CEO of ProRemote has a say in these matters (post merger) and votes against a R/S if the subject comes up.

Please explain how a r/s would wipe us out? Less shares, pps goes up accordingly. You now have a new pps. You haven't lost anything at this point. I don't think a r/s is a real possibility though.
Reverse splits are bad. Period. Ya at the start of the trading day you have an even amount of share/pps as you did before. But it never opens that way. On very rare occasions it might go up. Look up recent R/S's and its not good. The only way this could help us out if it was in a plan to uplist.
But with that being said I don't think that this is the case here. This is a good stock to own. Set your sell price and and watch the fun. Good luck to the longs here!!!
