I have been scanning around and noticed CSKH is picking up some buzz. Joe Noel who is a well known analyst has apparently earmarked this deal as one of his best calls for 2010. From his twitter:

"We are expecting a huge turn around in Clear Skies Solar-CSKH-Feel strongly you should be positioned in this stock.Joe"

This was out yesterday so it might of accounted for the new surge of buying that hit yesterday. He has a pretty strong following and many good picks so this might actually mark the turn around. Here is a bio I found of his:
