May I suggest you have it shipped to a family member in the states and they can send it to you in Iraq.

I would guess that they are not shipping internationally since they are already selling in Europe and international shipping is a pain, especially with electronics. My work is related to shipping and many electronic items are restricted from being shipped to many middle east countries. Plus the added expense of clearing customs and doing the paperwork is not worth the few extra sales they would probably get.
