You are wise to point this out. It is our duty to enforce the law in a way that elevates said risk for Intel.

Neelie the Terrible got the ball rolling, and Prince Cuomo and FTC Varney will continue the good work. Remember, the ends justify the means.

Perhaps you can ask yourself why AMD settled for so little if they could have received, by your calculation, 10 times as much after trebling after a trial.

The $4-$6 billion I envisioned included triple damages. I should have specified.

Sure.....except that on this board.....EVERYTHING is a big win for Intel.........except maybe the stock price. But... who cares about that??
