I think the idea is that if you put in orders for NEOM at bid then the MMs will bring down the shareprice to fill the order. That's assuming there's enough sellers who will sell as the bid is declining..

Well I would also like to understand how if I where trading this stock and knew of news coming next week why the hell I would be sitting on the bid waiting for small blocks to be sold to me and for that matter post it on this board-a beginner poker player would do better than the strategy your partenr uses. Why wouldn't I slap the offer (ABLE) at that on all his supply. TP-get real please...
