There's nothing exclusive about the Viacom or Marvel licenses (see Taikone's competing products). SPNG is paying them to use character likenesses. It's another expense, not an asset.

This type of License is a different ball game!! The License is not tied to a Patent but to a Character Name owned by Viacom. Is the License with Viacom & Marvel exclusive??
