#3 If there is a judgment, its against old ceo and his wife. I saw an old sec document where he got himself into trouble.
#4New Management has nothing to do with old management.
#5 I asked the current management about that old case I found doing my DD, and was told a few people have called looking for free stock because of old managements screw ups.My understanding is that the money was lent to the old ceo in a personal transaction.
#6 I am guessing if you could show proof, this issue would have been dealt with already my new management. I have found them to be very professional in my dealings with them so far.
