This is how I see things. WRDC wants traders to test Trade Table. All customers will have to go through ONCP to use Trade Table. I believe WRDC will generate revenue through the subscription fee whereas ONCP will generate revenue through a commission fee. This is by best guess.

Where did you see the WRDC is pursuing investors?
