Why would CM even retain a position he cannot properly fill?
If I were doing a job and my boss was doing things that disabled me from doing it, I'd quit and find a better damn job!
If my job involved going to work every day and beating my head into a wall (feasibly more enjoyable than CM's current form of employment), I'd get the hell out!
One thing's for sure, big fish or little fish, everything around here smells FISHY! >__<
