Woops! VAEV now is "America's cleaning company." Just one more step in the rape & pillage and strip the SPNG cupborads bare plan of the Mutt brothers. No sense leaving anything for the SEC to attach for disgorgement.

Thank you stoxmagic for posting

If I am reading your post correctly, SPNG is making headway with the SEC and we should hear something from the company in the very near future. You state that (in your opinion) the charges against sponge are not of an earth shattering mode. With the investigation behind us, and sales soaring, share holders should be appropriately rewarded. IMO

Hello, stox

Steve's VAEV press release being just the beginning of things. With, in my opinion, the stage being set in a much broader manner, as you would know far better than I.

Things becoming clearer to me now that Pensley has resigned from Proteonomix. His affiliation there, with Steve's affiliation likewise, having been a puzzle to me. On the plus side, perhaps something in regards to the allegedly forged opinion letters. And maybe a gateway to future business with Hipso. On the negative side, what I perceived as Pensley's disastrous attempt to take the SPNG business model "on the road," with his failed involvement with Aussie Soles. Pensley resigning for medical reasons, I believe. With no resignation I found from Hipso.

But Hipso offered Valtech Telecommunications. What now, if the business plan requires such an affiliation? That is, in addition to GFGU. Was there, indeed, any future even planned, as I've surmised previously? Or maybe Pensley acting unilaterally?

Maybe the answer can be found in the "WOFE" (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) agreement signed by Proteonomix Therapeutic's subsidiary, Proteoderm, and Peter Wang. The intent to introduce Proteoderm's anti-aging cosmeceuticals to the Far East Market. But Mr. Wang's executive experience inclusive of his successful involvement with UTStarcom Telecommunications.

And remembering Azurel as a possible fit for the Proteoderm products, also.

Watching Pensley's successor at Proteonomix, also, Roger Finley. An entreprenuer in his own right. And thinking particularly about one of our newest products, with agricultural application, as I recall. Interesting.

Your continued elaboration on the items cited in the Wells Notice most informative. Our knowing that the Notice not necessarily representative of "action items" on the executives' plates. With all five of the citings regarding the Exchange Act Rules being addressed with the completed filings. And citing of the necessity to file a Registration Statement, already completed, as due, on Sept 28th.

The OTC atypical, indeed. With the Scam-Proponents soon discovering that, to their dismay, something went horribly right with SPNG. Revenues growing from $55k, to $5m, to $50m, to ...
$300m? Tens of millions of marketing dollars paying off big time. National exposure. Worldwide product acceptance.

Looking forward to official word of just what our future holds. An end to the speculation (as presented here). But until the arrival of the official word, traders will continue to share the results of their DD, their ideas, their attempts to put the puzzle pieces together.

Glad to read that you have discovered "a little something telling" that has reinforced your commitment. We are all anxiously awaiting management's communication to give such reinforcement to all of us.

thank you, stox, as always
