I assumed he was out as he has not posted for a LONG TIME

Last post was 12/22 and that was about the time everyone was just going nuts about the issues.

SAM, in my opinion, the more this drags out the more likely we'll have restatement(s). Perhaps it was wise then to get in front of the selling. With such cases of large uncertainty (assuming there will be a restatement) people sell first and ask questions later. Might be a good idea to buy on the news though - after the washout.
