nothing has changed... everything he said is happening around the pace, well everything in his control. bank and fdic approval are in the hands of the bank and fdic. delays do not mean they wont happen, just takes time. my mortgage was delayed over a month due to timing issues.
a company does not pay a processor or set up a remittance network overseas, which also must of cost money, if they do not plan to use them and soon.
do you really want pandering to pps or solid growth of a company? not comparing here but how to companies like walmart or hp go about business? i know they didnt teach these things in the few management and business courses i took, they taught how to grow businesses, make deals, etc. just like owvi is doing
